Job Description : Paragon Cleaning, LLC is hiring FULL TIME professional Cleaning Technicians. We are searching for detail oriented and reliable individuals that would love to join our team. Come join a team where the cleaners are the companies number one client. We have the highest starting wage for a residential cleaning company in the Hampton roads area and we are waiting to roll our our commission based program that will have our cleaners making an average of $20-$30 per hour.At Paragon Cleaning we offer:* Steady Full Time Employment* Monday – Friday 8:30am to approx 5:00pm (hours vary per days workload)* Competitive WEEKLY pay (this is hard work and we recognize that!)* Tips! We have a customer app which promotes tipping with each clean.* Thorough training on proper cleaning and sanitizingIf you don’t mind hard work, that’s extremely rewarding, you will love working with us.
