Job Description : The Dancing Bear is a boutique Private Residence Club featuring 19 three-bedroom residences offering full concierge, transportation, housekeeping and maintenance services. Our team consists of 45 dedicated employees that strive to provide an Owner experience that is second to none.

Responsibilities:
Guest check-in/out, folio transactions, and other front office operational tasks
Coordinate Owner/Guest requests between departments (transportation, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.)
Directing the tasks of the Club Assistants to include transportation needs, deliveries, shipping and other errands
Obtaining dining and activity reservations, organizing transportation
Communicating with Owners/Guests via email, phone and in person to confirm requests
Tracking pre-arrival information and advance planning for Owner stays
Maintain an organized work area, working as a team with co-workers to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
A concierge at Dancing Bear is the face of the property and must be well groomed and have excellent command of the English language. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, but must demonstrate proficient writing skills.

Requirements:
Ability to stand most of the shift
Flexible schedule including mornings, nights and weekends.
Some experience in hospitality and knowledge of Aspen preferred
Excellent command of the English language
Proficient writing skills
Well groomed with the ability to maintain eye contact and create a welcoming atmosphere
