Job Description : We are currently seeking a passionate coordinator to join our growing communications and connections group. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to span across influencer marketing, public relations, and social marketing capabilities.As a member of this group, this person will support on various tasks within the three departments. Additionally, this behind-the-scenes role will contribute to the development and education of best practices and processes across the greater team.Roles & ResponsibilitiesConduct research to assist with proposals, presentations, pitches and/or reportsParticipate in meetings and help provide summaries and recapsProvide insight on emerging trends as they impact public relations, influencer marketing and social marketingDevelop and maintain media and influencer contact listsMonitor and capture live influencer content for current campaignsStore and organize influencer assets in company cloud storageTrack content ownership and usage rightsManage physical inventory of client products and coordinate shipping to media, influencers and other partnersVet and identify potential influencers for brand campaignsStay abreast of social platform updates, social trends, and best-in-class social media campaignsAssist at client eventsAll other responsibilities as assignedExperience & SkillsGreat written and verbal communications skillsCollaborative but capable of working independently when neededThe ability to think strategically and manage large cloud storage systemsAn aptitude for being organized and flexible and for delivering results in a fast-paced environmentA bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceMMI Agency provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
