You will need to follow the instructions to complete the process.The Credit & Collections Assistant is responsible for building positive relationships with our customers and coworkers while assisting to achieve acceptable collections statistics; detail-oriented, professional, organized, exhibits a positive attitude and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have credit & collections/ accounting background with the ability to take initiative and provide quality work within a fast-paced environment.Job DutiesResponsible for processing new customer account applications.Managing company general e-mail inquiries.Providing excellent customer service.Assist AR with payment processing.Assist with collections, existing monitor accounts.Handle NSF and open sales orders.Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.Follow company policies and procedures.Job RequirementsCollection experienceAccounting knowledgeCustomer serviceQuality focusProblem-solvingQuick and accurateEnergeticAdvanced level Microsoft Office skills including ExcelBachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field or the equivalent in experience preferredOne or more years of Credit and Collections experience preferred.CompensationWe offer a highly competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and vision, FSA, life and disability insurance, 401(k) with company match and paid time off.Job Type: Full-time
