Omni-Serv is in search for Customer Service Agents for Newark Liberty International Airport. We are looking for candidates who can maintain a professional demeanor, who are team players, and have a positive and “can do” attitude. The Customer Service Assistant will work in accordance with all TSA screening regulations while enforcing Operational Security at the Newark Liberty International Airport. Ideal applicants will have a positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
Agents must have the ability to assist customers with the following:
Placing carry-on items in trays
Moving customers through the screening process professionally and quickly
Assist directing customers to available airport security lanes
Assist with maintain a steady consistent screening flow
. Requirements:
Must pass a 10 year Homeland Security Background Check
Must pass a Drug Screening
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Part-Time position
Compensation: $17/hourly
Available shift: 5am to 10am or 1pm to 7pm
