Position : Customer Service Representative
Job Description : We are looking for a part-time customer service representative to join the Aerosoles team and provide first-class support to our customers via email, social media, and over the phone. This is the ideal job for someone who is looking for flexible hours, at approximately 20 hours a week, with the opportunity for additional hours as needed, and the possibility of full-time in the future. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities
Handle customer support inquiries for products, services and policies through Aerosoles email and call center
Work across internal systems (including Shopify, Returnly, Yotpo) to provide customers with up to date information and trouble shoot any customer issues
Respond to credit card chargebacks, other payment inquiries and disputes from customers
Respond to and resolve customer complaints submitted through social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
Manage potential Fraud orders to mitigate company vulnerability
Communicate to Aerosoles team on customer feedback relating to processes, products, marketing, etc
Identify and recommend process improvements in day to day operations
Additional responsibilities as needed
Experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a consumer support capacity handling a high volume of calls, emails and chat sessions
Clear and concise written & verbal communication skills
Fluency and mastery of English
Excellent customer service skills & customer focus
Detail-oriented and effectively manages work & time
Displays a sense of urgency in prioritizing and completing tasks
Superior decision-making skills
College degree preferred
