Job Description : Calstro Hospice was formed in 2015 by two Registered Nurses, Alex Castro and Oscar Caldera. These two came together after working in the healthcare industry for several years, and hearing and seeing the deficits in care for terminally ill patients. Inspired by a desire to give back to their community and give the highest-quality of care to those in the end-of-life stages, Calstro was formed.Calstro Hospice Inc is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our team. The Customer Service Representative will communicate with customers on a daily basis to improve Customer Success. Ideal applicants will have strong interpersonal and communication skills allowing them to communicate effectively with both customers and coworkers.Our Customer Service Representative’s daily tasks will include answering questions, guiding customer through troubleshooting, helping customers choose products, and handling inbound customer requests.
