We are looking to expand our Customer Service/Support team in order to drive customer satisfaction and delight our customers at every turn.Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and satisfaction on all inbound conversations via phone, email and chat. The ideal candidate will maintain optimum level of performance while consistently incorporating the highest quality of standards. They will continuously support the Customer Service process and maintain a high degree of professionalism when communicating with the end consumer as well as the internal team. The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues.We are committed to delivering the absolute best customer experience for our customers in everything we do and this starts with you!RESPONSIBILITIES:Communicate with customers via telephone, chat & emailMaintaining expected levels of performance in the areas of productivity, quality, professionalism and dependability.Processing of orders, address and privacy changes, problem resolution, providing order updates about delivery, order status, billing and returns.Communicate customer trends, issues and feedback to supervisor and other appropriate individuals.Provide accurate record keeping, paperwork and system processing. will maintain the highest level of systems, product and sales knowledge.Able to know/understand our beauty products including application, ingredients, and all related details to ensure accuracy. (With the assistance from the management team)Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availabilityWork with internal departments to meet customer’s needsData entry in various platformsPerform other duties as assignedEXPERIENCES:Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience.Excellent organizational and communication skills, including grammar, voice and diction.Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.Familiar with CRM systems and practices.Demonstrated excellence in dependability.Ability to function well in a fast paced work environment.PC proficient.Associate’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.Passion for beauty industry preferredExcellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask, organize, and prioritize workKEY COMPETENCIES:Customer OrientedStrong communication skillsDependableIndependent ThinkerAdaptive & AwareOrganized & Detail OrientedProblem Solving skillsPositive/UpliftingJob Type: Full-timePay: $40,000.00 – $60,000.00 per yearJob Type: Full-timePay: $40,000.00 – $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payAbility to commute/relocate:Hackensack, NJ 07601: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:Customer Support & Client Services Occupations: 1 year (Required)Work Location: One location
