Job Description : Customer Service Sales RepresentativeThe Customer Service Sales Representative position is fast-paced and a valued team member of our company. The successful candidate will be expected to work well independently while consistently delivering the highest levels of customer service to existing and prospective customers. This position will be the primary point of contact for all consumers concerning products and services while also serving as the main liaison to the sales department. The ideal candidate will be very organized, personable, be interested in learning new skills, and be good at completing projects with minimal supervision. We specialize in the Strategy of Customer Development. So our customer service team finds new and innovative techniques to sale services to consumers who have a developed interest.Key Responsibilities: Manage customer inquiries in a positive and professional manner through effective product knowledge, customer engagement, and escalation as neededDemonstrate the ability through training to understand our product, the industry and our competitionSupport the sales functions and sales personnelImprove customer satisfaction through consistently improving efficiency, service standards, and optimization of order processingContinually learn about new products, industry trends, and skillsDirect sales and customer care with consumers who have shown signs of interestHours: Monday- Friday 12pm-8pmThis is NOT a remote position.
