Job Description : Position SummaryThe Intake specialist is responsible for processing borrower document in our Urban Loan Tracking System. . Research borrower documentation; categorize documents according to their appropriate document type, process loans thru the EFAX systemEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform all Intake functions and meets performance standardsSorting FedEx packagesWanding FedEx packagesReconciling FedEx countsDestapling all program types· Research of Loan/Order ID information in the Loan Tracking System (LTS)· Scanning of packages in the Imagic systemIndex documents in the Imagic indexing queue based on the client’s document taxonomy guidelinesProcess loans in the Efax queueShip copies of documents via USPS or FedExShip original documents to the client based on routing rulesCount, sort, and process mailFile documents in the File Room in accordance with departmental standardsOther duties as assignedSpecial Projects as assignedMust be able to work overtime as requiredQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience in a fast paced environment requiring attention to detailExcellent attention to detailAbility to work in a fast paced environmentEffective communication skillsBasic math skillsIntermediate MS OfficeSelf-StarterJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: From $18.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftApplication Question(s):Can you work onsite in Denver, CO?Experience:Data entry: 1 year (Preferred)Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 1 year (Preferred)Document review: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
