Job Description : Front Desk/Treatment Plan CoordinatorOur privately owned Smile Haus Dental in Austin, TX is looking to hire an energetic and bubbly new member to our team. You will be busy, and you will be rewarded for it through bonuses!!Job duties:- Welcome New patients to the practice- Answer phones and maintain patient schedule- Prepare treatment plans and insurance estimates- Conduct case presentations- Prepare financial arraignments for patient and record them into the system.- Gather valuable practice data by listening to the patients’ needs and present this to the office.- Conduct morning meeting with the clinical staff to prepare for the day- Monitor office finances, production goals, and collectionsQualificationsPrevious Treatment Coordinator experiencePrevious experience with insurance plansExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with an outgoing personalityProfessional DemeanorSelf-motivated and ambitious sales attitude We offer a competitive compensation package including salary and quarterly bonus system.
