Job Description : We are seeking a Dental Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for our organization to assist our Office Manager. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, safety, and building relationships with our patients. Receptionist duties and responsibilities include scheduling appointments, greeting patients, and general administrative support to our practice. Previous experience would be an advantage. A successful Receptionist should have experience with a variety of office software to include Dentrix dental software, email, spreadsheets and databases, and be able to accurately handle administrative duties. The receptionist should also have professional phone and interpersonal skills to build relationships with our patients. Multitasking, organization, prioritization of tasks, attention to details and problem solving skills are also helpful. High School Degree: additional qualifications will be a plus. Full time pay will range from $15-17/hour, commensurate with dental experience.
