Job Description : Experienced (2 plus years) Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator/Receptionist Seeking Experienced (two plus years) Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator/Receptionist for Modern, Multi-Specialty Office in Chelsea. The office is conveniently located next to various trains, is equipped with cutting-edge technology, organized, clean, fun and team oriented. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is friendly, good at multi-tasking and has a strong work ethic.Candidate must offer exceptional customer service and be a team player. Experience should include Dentrix, PPO Insurances, interpreting Pre-Determinations, communicating with patients and presenting complex treatment plans. Other responsibilities include helping the front desk with Insurance breakdowns, scheduling and confirming appointments.
