Primarily the ASC serves as the liaison to the agent body, coordinates trainings/programs, creates sales/listing collateral, & provides support for the agent recruitment process.If this sounds like you, please apply.JOB DESCRIPTION Duties: Sign up, Orientation and In or OutWalk the Agent through the signup process and make sure all necessary documentation gets filled out and signed.New Agents Transition into the CompanyCoordinate creation of agent credentials for KW systemsOrder nametag & business cards using existing templatesCreate email footer and other assets as needed using existing templatesOrientation Class – Create and lead the orientation class to help create a smooth transition into the company while making them aware of our culture, structure, policies, and services offered. Make sure they can log-in to all systems.Coordinate the moving in and moving out of offices and cubicles with agents and scheduling painters and contractors if needed (provide/collect keys)Provide IT Support to the Agents making sure they are set up on all of our equipmentExisting Agent Transition out of Company, as needed.KW Maui Intranet Maintenance and UploadsTechnology Troubleshooting (Email, Intranet, Network)Troubleshoot with Phone/Copier/NetworkKeller Williams International Intranet helpPrepare and set-up training room for classes and eventsUpdate agent roster, and office 365 contact lists.Liaison between Agents and BrokerSet up agent Zipform Plus accounts. Update the company templates as directedManage the incoming and exiting of Real Estate Salespersons under our Brokerage andRAM.Update Broker agent lists in Airtable and send monthly updated lists to all of the BrokersCoordinate all signature requests from the agents (MLS, Realtor Board, Referrals, etc.)Ensure we are in compliance with all of our Realtor Boards and the MLS guidelines.Confirm that agents are up to date on all Fees.Executive Team SupportManage special projects assigned by the company’s Executive Team to successful completion. Provide the Executive Team with status updates and results of the projects.Attend weekly Executive Team meeting.Other duties and responsibilities as required and/or assignedMarket Center Maintenance at the Kihei Office: Wiping down the kitchen, making coffee, and straightening up the chairs. Inventory, order, and put away supplies. Clean out fridge as needed. Decorating for the holidays, and special events (BOLD) as needed.Communicate with Service VendorsCommunicate with our IT Companies to ensure speedy and proper serviceContinue to be the point of contact and first line of communication with all of our Boards and the MLSQualifications: Social and friendly attitude and cheerful personality *MUST*Must have at least 2 years of admin experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsOrganizational skillsExecutive administrative backgroundKnowledge of Keller Williams Systems and Culture a plusAbility to manage, organize, and execute events and projectsProficiency with Microsoft office products to include Excel, Power Point and PublisherTechnological ability to train in the use of KW systems and toolsStrong training skills and comfortable speaking to large groupsResourcefulMust have a strong urge to help othersA high level of empathy and considerationGreat at developing personal relationshipsAbility to keep calm under pressure and take initiativeEffective listening skillsProfessional appearanceCompensation: $40,000-$45,000 (DOE) plus Bonus Plan, health benefits, opportunity for ProfitShare, paid time off, and training.
