Job Description : HVAC DispatcherAn established HVAC service company in Arizona with state-of-the-art technology and a commitment to the highest level of integrity and quality.The dispatcher position will perform daily operations from our Phoenix location each day. You will be responsible for managing a regional area of technicians that provide HVAC service to our commercial and residential customers. The position requires constant communication over the phone and on the computer with the technicians and clients to coordinate field service calls, both maintenance and emergency.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Efficiently route technicians, accounting for skill level, daily to maximize profit and limiting travel costsManage technician workload, coordinating service, PM, quotes, and projects while meeting SLA’s (Service Level Agreement)Manage/Communicate to customers via 3rd party systems with accurate notes/updatesSupport technicians in the field and track/maintain paperworkDispatcher Requirements: Strong organizational skills and attention to detailCapacity for critical problem solvingHigh-level communication abilityAbility to create and maintain relationships with field personnel and clientsComfort in a fast-paced office environment, with lots of multi-taskingStrong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft OfficeExperience in Successware would be a plus!Self-motivation and eagerness to work within a team environmentConfident decision-making ability in time-sensitive situations.
