Position : Event Coordinator
Job Description : Event Ticking CoordinatorWe are looking for an experienced Ticking and Event coordinator to organize events. You will be responsible for every aspect of an event, ticketing, and related process to evaluating success afterward. An event coordinator must be well-organized and competent in vendor management.Required Qualifications: 5 years of related work experience including experience in the entertainment industry.Familiarity of basic accounting and budgeting principles.Familiarity with AXS, Ticketmaster, and other ticketing platforms.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Professional.Must have experience working in the music industry, specifically live entertainment.Must be organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated.Previous supervisory experience.Ability to multitask, prioritize and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.Experience in developing start-up box offices, strategies, and arena ticketing, preferred.Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPerforms other duties as required.Box Office Experience is a plus.Job Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per yearSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWeekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:Bonus payCOVID-19 considerations:We follow federal and state COVID recommendations.Ability to commute/relocate:Los Angeles, CA 90064: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Events and ticketing: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
