Job Description : Ensure to be familiar with all dishes on the menu.
Ensure the day to day reservations of the tables.Responsible for set up of all operating equipments and ensure to inspect linen, and condiments before the service.Ensure the food is brought in time for buffet service and that buffet is replenished from time to time.To ensure service standards are maintained.Ensure clearance of all soiled chinaware, glassware, silverware from the guest table and re-set the table for the next arrivalIn the absence of the Team Leader F & B, ensure to take guest orders, advice guests on specials menu options.Attending phone calls & handling enquries.Ensure proper billing of tables.Report any equipment malfunction, emergency situations or suspicious persons to theTeam LeaderEnsure the feedback form is filled in by every guest.
