Job Description : About usAdvanced Surgical Solutions, LLCBariatric and General Surgery PracticeA busy, established Bariatric and General surgery practice is seeking a Full-time/Part-time Front Desk Specialist to join our team. The responsibilities will include all typical Front Desk operations including registrations, phone calls, medical records. May need to work in a physical office 2 days a week, other days will work remotely, from home answering calls and working in EMR. The candidate will have at least 5 years medical office experience, preferably in Bariatric surgery. We have a robust virtual office environment and looking for someone to assist our current Front Desk team with phone calls, registrations, scheduling procedures and other customer service tasks. Spanish language proficiency, both written and conversational is a strong plus. Flexible hours with possible night time hours, by agreement.
