Job Description : We are a busy Oral Surgery practice located in Parma Ohio looking for a front desk team member who is friendly, reliable, enthusiastic and an all around team player. We strive to maintain a positive and productive work environment. We are committed to an excellent patient experience.Roles and Responsibilities include but not limited to:Answering incoming phone calls.Scheduling patient appointments.Checking in and checking out patients.Discussing treatment and finances with patients.Checking insurance eligibility and obtaining insurance breakdowns.Maintaining a productive schedule with guidance from management.We offer a competitive hourly wage with monthly bonus potential, 401k with match, paid holidays and vacation, and Health Insurance.We cant wait to meet our newest team member!This is a full time position, M-F.
