Job Description : Awesome smaller shop prioritizing quality. Office is 2 and 1/2 people, This position would be the 2nd person. Duties would include answering phones, helping customers with empathy and understanding, coordinating with customers and/or insurance companies while providing excellent customer service. Prior experience in a collision repair shop and working knowledge of CCC Estimating system is highly preferred, although you do not need to analyze damage. You would work supporting the manager, and helping customers. Salary range is guess, and would vary based on experience and performance. There is a bonus pay plan.
