Position : Global Program Manager
Job Description : Global Program Manager (Cleveland, Ohio)We are a tier-2 automotive supplier of molded rubber and plastic products currently hiring a Global Program Manager. This office is located in Cleveland and provides global support to three sister manufacturing facilities. The Global Program Manager will be responsible for all core functions with customer’s communications and new program development.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage automotive & non-automotive programs/projects.Manage direct customer communications to assure effective, timely and on budget launches with the overall customer satisfaction.* Prototype through production post-PPAP review.*Lead APQP process from quote stage through SOPEngineering changes through all stages for processTechnical launch responsibility and commercial accountability for new programs.Communicate to all levels of management and Lead team in standardizing program management tracking.Support all molded rubber locations on open projects from Cleveland office.Travel to various Park Ohio, Customer and supplier sights as necessary.QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience in automotive Program ManagementAbility to create/develop/maintain project timing plansAPQP / Quality experiencePLM (Product Lifecycle Management) experienceStrong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to provide information to all levels of the organization, customers and suppliers.Well organized, detail-oriented and efficientFundamental understanding of automotive quality systems, methods, tools and problem-solving techniquesExperience working in global environmentBachelor’s degree preferred with at least 2 years of experience, or, 3 – 5 years working experienceJob Type: Full-timePay: From $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:Program Management: 2 years (Required)supervisory: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
