Job Description : Represent Mohave Cannabis Co. and effectively communicate brand ethos, process, and goals. Act as “face” of the brand within the territory, representing our brand in a positive and professional manner at retail, events, and within the Cannabis industry.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Attend trade shows and special events to market products directly to customers from tent or booth.Win the minds and hearts of customers/trade with compelling storytelling about the craft, heritage, and evolution of Mohave Cannabis Co.The Brand Ambassador will champion and convey knowledge of Mohave Cannabis Co by working toward our goal of maximizing sales the brand’s image, and awareness.The Brand Ambassador is the face of Mohave Cannabis Co. This position will support the execution and implementation of the brand’s strategy of sales, driving awareness, education, and engagement with both the trade and consumers alike.Experience in sales, cannabis, hospitality, and/or marketingMohave Cannabis Co seeks high-caliber talent who brings transparency, unique perspectives, excellence, and enthusiasm to our expanding operations.Events include but are not limited to, grand openings of new dispensaries, customer appreciation parties, in-store promotions, trade shows, and new product launchesTrain budtenders, staff, account managers, and distributor network on Mohave Cannabis Co. products and brandOther duties required within position set forth by the supervisorMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)Must have a valid driver’s licenseMust be 21+ years of ageMust be flexible with schedule (Mon-Fri, Weekend Availability)Must be willing to wear MCC uniform designated by the teamMust be passionate about cannabis education2 years Brand Ambassador, Bud tending, or Event Staff experience a plusConfident and outgoing with excellent personal presentation and communication skillsStrong knowledge of cannabis compliance and regulations in CaliforniaAssociate degree preferred, High School diploma or equivalent requiredA valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (travel required) or reliable transportationPhysical Demands and Work Environment The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
