Job Description : Responsible for assisting in development and implementation of all visual marketing that supports all of Advenir Living communities and Advenir Living as per previously-outlined guidelines.Provide reliable and friendly service to our customers by performing all responsibilities with accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Our customers include on-site associates, home office associates, vendors and investors.Responsibilities: I. Advertising and MarketingA. Create collateral materials for all new Advenir communities. Gain approval on all final proofs from Creative Director and Regional Director, prior to printing materials. All materials are expected to be at the new communities the day of acquisition.B. Create all Advenir Living branded materials for all Advenir communities. Ensure branded materials arrive the day of acquisition for all new Advenir communities.C. Provide creative direction for all new marketing efforts both online and printed.D. Design and manage production of print/digital pieces including brochures, advertisements, direct mail, power point presentations, and reports from conception to completion. Obtain final approval from Creative Director.E. Assist with image and brand management for all Advenir Living communities, turnaround time on occupancy-related requests is proof within 72 hours.F. Create, manage and produce all collateral materials for Advenir Livings portfolio to include but not limited to; floor plans, business cards, envelopes, site maps, locator maps, note cards, branded folders, and letter head.G. Assist with the design and content of social media posts for all Advenir Living’s communities. Three social media posts per week per property on Facebook and LinkedIn.H. Design, print and deliver all resident materials for all Advenir Living communities. Expected turn around for all materials is 30 days from placement of order.I. Creation and content management for Advenir Livings intranet.II. Content ManagementA. Assist with content creation and design for Advenir Living’s intranet. Maintain the Advenir brand throughout the site. Manage and monitor users experience and make recommendations to improve as needed.III. Other responsibilitiesA. Complete all additional tasks, projects and responsibilities as determined by your supervisor or the company.B. Ensure that you are dressed and groomed professionally.C. Portray a professional image in the office. Keeping your desk or work area organized and free of clutter.D. Communicate effectively using oral and written communication.E.
