Job Description : We are actively searching for a creative and talented graphic designer who has the ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment where service to external and internal clients is what counts most. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves a challenge, appreciates the value of customization over boring routine, and wants to be a key contributor to the success of our business.Our projects range from the simple to the complex, and you will be working closely with sales, production and installation to make sure every job is done right and is of the highest quality. You’ll design your share of simple signs and banners, but our real bread and butter are the more creative signs and graphic displays that our customers desire to effectively promote their businesses. We wrap a lot of vehicles, we provide a lot of custom interior and exterior signature signage (both illuminated and non-illuminated), wall murals, real estate signs, monuments, you name it we’ve probably done it. Our customers range from local merchants to national and multinational companies. Customer service is at the core of what we do and our graphic designers are key members of the team working to insure that our clients are happy and keep coming back to us. So, here are some of the specific things we are looking for in a good full-time graphic designer:Always show up for work with a good attitude, ready to hit the ground running.Not afraid to get your hands dirty in the shop.Excellent graphic design skills. Technical training in college is a huge plus and prior work experience as a designer is a must.Previous experience in the sign industry is extremely helpful.Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop with knowledge of Microsoft Office required. Working knowledge of Flexi and/or Corel Draw is a plus.Enjoy working with a diverse group of talented people who are motivated to be the best.You must have experience with both vector and raster design.Smile more than you frown.We are ready to hire the right person who is looking to build a career with us.Signarama Boca/Delray Beach has been a leading sign shop serving the greater Boca Raton/Delray Beach area for more than 20 years and we are one the top shops in the Signarama franchise system.
