Primary Responsibilities
Understand design briefs, conceptualize, and build graphic designs, layouts, and collaterals
Design and implement brand guidelines across creative assets
Build a repository of graphics and assets that are re-usable
Closely collaborate with different departments in different time zones in a fast-changing high-growth environment
Coordinating with external vendors as necessary to ensure delivery of top-notch quality
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field (Not a constraint though)
3+ years of experience as graphic designer in B2B/Technology companies, and strong portfolio
Hands-on experience in creative designing and video publishing, expertise in tools like Adobe Creative Suite
Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a bonus
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication & interpersonal skills
Self-driven, proactive, strategic, and result-driven mindset
