As a Guest Service Assistant in our ticket sales team, you will be an excellent source of general and resort information and will quickly develop the ability to match guests with the product or service that best suits their needs, resolve product or ticket issues, and work directly with management and other team members to respond to guest enquiries with quality information about the resort.
You’ll be the first point of contact for a lot of our guests and with the extensive knowledge you’ll gain of our products and services, you will assist the guest in building their holiday of a lifetime. You will exceed our guest’s expectations and assure the smooth delivery of day-to-day operations of the business.
In this multi-faceted role, you may work in various locations and in various positions from assisting guests in our Ticket Offices, to answering emails and phone calls in our Guest Contact Centre and even assisting with outdoor crowd management in our high impact guest areas – no two days will be the same!
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
Demonstrated experience in a customer service role
Experience using RTP|One software is desirable
Excellent knowledge of our resorts and the products and services will be highly regarded
Previous sales and EFTPOS experience
A cheerful, “can-do” attitude that is displayed both in person and over the phone
A sound working knowledge of computer systems and processes
The ability to work under pressure at times
The ability to stay enthusiastic, friendly, patient and helpful when busy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to work unsupervised at times and be a great team player

Employment start dates will vary depending on the role and snow conditions, but most roles start in June and finish in late September. Staff accommodation may be available for successful applicants.
