Job Description : Bell Associates is a small boutique firm that specializes in Health and Welfare Benefits with mid size companies. We are looking for someone who is a self starter, independent learner, and is self motivated. The size of Bell Associates has the added benefit that would allow the right candidate to take on more responsibilities in addition to data analytics, if they desire, to increase their personal growth beyond their current skill set.The Candidate must have the ability to analyze raw data, collect, clean, reassemble, and organize it into a client friendly vehicle via tables, charts and graphs to enable clients to see medical trends, and utilization of their companies. Candidate must have the ability to solve specific problems, or answer specific questions based on the client’s data, and provide insights into trends that might be occurring. Good communication skills are needed to present your analytical insight to both stakeholders, and decision makers. Spanish speaking a plus.Must be within 45 minute commuting time of Delray Beach FLSkills neededProven track record in data analyticsTechnical expertise Microsoft office suite, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniquesStrong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databasesKnowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, Tableau)Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracyAdept at queries, report writing and presenting findingsAssociate or Bachelors degree in IT or an equivalent level of work experienceGood Communication skillsJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractPay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k) matchingPaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:Bonus payAbility to commute/relocate:Delray Beach, FL 33483: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Application Question(s):Must be within 45 minutes of commuting to Delray Beach FLEducation:Associate (Preferred)Experience:Tableau: 1 year (Required)Willingness to travel:25% (Preferred)Work Location: One location
