Position : Help Desk Specialist
Job Description : Entry level technical personnel trained to solve problems and to fulfill service requests by following standard operating procedures. Receive, manage and prioritize service requests via phones / emails. Trouble shoot basic technical issues. Configure, Image and deploy hardware per departmental standards. Basic Phone system troubleshooting including wiring and user setup. Successfully complete daily operations (CC processing, POS EOD reports). Gather and analyze information to resolve technical issues.
