An ADP client is currently recruiting for an experienced individual to be our next HR Generalist to join our team in our Denver, CO 80237 location.

About the Role:
As a member of our Global People & Culture team, the People and Culture Generalist for the Americas region will play a crucial role in driving the People Plan from a Global Strategy to regional and local execution. You will provide business and operational “hand-on” support that is aligned with the organization business strategy for all people and people leaders at IR. You will work with your stakeholders to create an environment that attracts, enables, and retains passionate and engaged team members.
What you’ll do:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following.
Partnering with leaders to develop and track key talent and ensure they are provided with experiences that enable development and retention.
Ensuring abidance to legislation, regulation, policies procedures and best practice, for state laws within the US.
Building performance management capabilities by coaching leaders to effectively address performance issues and deliver effective feedback.
Oversee the US Healthcare Benefit Plan administration.
Providing ongoing oversight for the 401K plan administration, working with our plan administrator and outside investment advisory firm.
Assisting in talent initiatives, including development, promotions, remuneration and talent mapping.
Facilitating the employee lifecycle management from recruitment, onboarding (induction, probation) right through to employee termination processes.
Partnering with key stakeholders across the business to ensure that all HR projects and initiatives are appropriately communicated and implemented regionally.
The overall objective is to continuously improve the employee experience and provide a high level of focused HR support to all leaders and people across the organization.
Our Perfect Candidate
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or another relevant field.
3 – 5 Years of relevant generalist HR experience.
PHR a plus, but not required.
Must have knowledge of the relevant employment legislation and regulations and policies (specific to regional portfolio).
Demonstrated strong numerical, analytical, oral, and written communication skills with strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
Exceptional skills in MS Office and computer literacy.
Proven ability to develop relationships and partnerships (internal and external) at all levels of the organisation, exhibit strong leadership and influencing skills, and execute, implement, and lead change management initiatives.
A strong background in consulting skills in addition to proven business acumen.
Critical thinking skills with the ability to take sizable problems and break them into small manageable pieces.
Excellent meeting design and facilitation skills.
Strong problem-solving skills is a must.
Ability to handle ambiguity with ease.
Superb judgment and integrity, including excellent decision-making skills and a sense of urgency.
Ability to work both tactically and strategically to get business needs met.
Proven attention to detail and the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities is a must, along with the ability to problem solve when appropriate.
Company Offers:
Annual salary range $100k to $110k will be commensurate with experience and education.
Annual bonus structure depending on performance.
