Job Description : Human Resources Managers helps set the culture of the organization and the tone for the East Coast human resources department. From employee relations to payroll to compliance issues, the HR department helps ensure that an organization runs smoothly, and in partnership with the HR Director, the Human Resources Manager leads the way. Duties and responsibilities of a Human Resources Manager include:Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboardingEnsure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulationsDevelop training materialsWorking with identifying grant opportunities or third party opportunities to fund our recruiting efforts.Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to dateInvestigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolutionEnsure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulationsJob QualificationsA bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, organizational development, business or related area; relevant work experience may be a substituteEffective verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suiteExperience with the human resources information system (HRIS) PaycomKnowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulationsAbility to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamworkExperience with analyzing data to guide strategic employment planningJob Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00 – $115,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insuranceProfessional development assistanceVision insuranceSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayWork Location: Multiple Locations
