Job Description : Our client, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking an immigration paralegal, project coordinator to join the Immigration Department of its Florham Park, NJ office location. This position provides organizational and practice support to the department’s attorneys. This full-time permanent position is currently hybrid, with three days a week in office.Primary Responsibilities:Review, prepare and file a variety of immigrant and nonimmigrant visasResearch and analyze immigration requirementsManage own caseload and and oversee work of junior and mid-level paralegalsAssist with intake of cases, troubleshooting and establishing case strategyInterface with federal government agencies; firm attorneys and staff, and clientsProvide assistance and support, as neededSkills & Experience:Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent experienceAt least ten years of experience preparing immigrant and nonimmigrant visasPrior work experience overseeing, reviewing and managing other paralegalsProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills; detail-oriented and very organizedStrong organizational, communication, analytical and time management skillsIf you have the above qualifications and are interested in this opportunity, please apply by submitting your resume through Indeed.Equal Opportunity Employer / Veterans / Disabled.Job Type: Full-timePay: $90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: Multiple Locations
