Job Description : Summary
Looking for self motivated, enthusiastic, positive people with an eye for design. Join our team and help renovate and beautify spaces. Customers come to us for our expertise on flooring materials, window treatments and installation. No flooring experience is required.
Duties
Greet customers in our showroom
Qualify customers needs and help guide them to the appropriate materials
Help customers design their space with materials that will perform and meet their needs
Give advice on colors, layouts, patterns, etc.
Work with our estimating staff to produce accurate quotes for the customers
When appropriate, make site visits to enhance the customer relationship and ensure job quality
Communicate effectively with installation team to ensure the vision matches the execution
Help coordinate the installation schedule
Respond quickly to customers needs
Constantly increase your knowledge of materials and best practices in the industry
Requirements
Valid Drivers License
Pleasant personality
Strong Communication skills
Good Time management skills
Ability to learn quickly and retain information
A team player
Self-motivated
Computer skills
Nice To Haves
A degree or some formal training in Design – (Not required)
Some practical experience laying out spaces
Good eye for color
Experience with CAD, SketchUp, 2020 software (Not required)
