Job Description : Job descriptionWe are seeking a Life Enrichment Director for a premiere Retirement Community at The Madyson of Palm Beach Gardens.The Life Enrichment Director (LED) will provide primary planning and oversight of the Life Enrichment programming in the Memory Care (Inspiritás) community. The Life Enrichment Director (LED) will develops and organizes an innovative program of activities and special events for the residents of the community. The LED acts as a community liaison by developing an active volunteer program, forming strategic referral relationships, and promoting RUI’s Life Enrichment Values and programming off-site as requested.QualificationsA college background is preferred, however, high school diploma or equivalent with related work experience is required.Must be able to communicate both verbally and in writing, follow instructions and direction, interact with residents of varying backgrounds and abilities, remain cheerful and calm under stressful situations, and work as a team member.Must have the ability to identify community resources.Must be willing and able to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings.Must have safe driving record.
