JR9947 Material Planner
Perform Indirect material (IDM) planning and forecast for Assembly & Test Production
Review ROP & Safety stock by time being
Monitoring stock level at WIP against agreed target levels
Oversee and control materials withdrawal from Warehouse
Communicate and closely engage with purchasing team on the IDM supply
IDM planning according to MRP
Understand martial usage factor & lead to cost efficiency for IDMs
Coordinate with operations, engineering, purchasing and quality to attain production goals.
Analyze changing material demand patterns
Determine, research and correct material inventory discrepancy causes
Provide risk buy material update for NPI products
Monitor the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM) and manage inventory accuracy
Monitor inventory levels
Support inventory checks to validate inventory accuracy
Minimize obsolete stock and ensure business is left with minimum scrap activities
Create regular statistical reports and analysis and update others in the organization
Prepare budget for Assembly & Test Production
