Job Description : Description:The Processor will be deeply involved with business partners. With total control of the branch’s image on each transaction. They must exude professionalism and a helpful attitude to earn future and repeat business relationships.Responsibilities and Activities: o Ensure the client’s file is moving towards an approval one week before their closing.o Order and review all third party documentation in a timely manner.o Continually learn the investors process and product requirement so we can shorten our turn times on future files.o Work within the team to improve our systems, communication, technology, and overall work environment to make this a fun place to come to each day. It is with your feedback on the systems and process in place that we can improve our company into the future.Expectations: · Give a full day’s effort each and every day.
