Job Description : Office AdministratorThis versatile position will play a key role in our office/contact center, balancing the responsibilities of managing our Columbus office and facilities responsibilities.You will work closely with local management and employees aligning with business goals and helping to build a strong culture in the office. And we are laser-focused on the needs of our clients, which means as their needs change, we will continue to adapt and innovate.WHY OUR TEAM LOVES WORKING FOR US:The variety of benefit optionsThe team environment – tenured co-workersThe internal advancement opportunitiesThe great vacation packagesJob Responsibilities: General Office SupportManage main reception area for the facilityManages main office phone line (low volume); greets, screens and routes callers as appropriate.Relays urgent/key messages in a timely manner, including prioritization of incoming calls and requests.Arranges and coordinates logistics (conference call setup, catering, etc.) for client and/or vendor meetings, employee events, etc.Completes invoice payment requests, routes for approval, and ensures timely processing.Manage and coordinate all employee incentive purchasing and reconciliationManage office supplies inventory and serves as a central office contact for supply orders.Coordinate management of offsite long-term storage with vendorPlays an active role in planning and coordination of employee events.Maintains updated office coordinator procedures document.Other duties as assigned by OperationsFacilities CoordinationServes as the main point of contact for day-to-day facility maintenance and access controls with landlordCoordinates conference room requests with landlordManages distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and shipments.Manages security badge access; creates badges and ensures timely disabling of badges within company security guidelines and produces badge reports.Manage local procurement and expenses, completes invoice payment requests, routes for approval, and ensures timely processing.Coordinate Columbus health and safety requirements with global H&S team to ensure alignment and complianceGeneral administration of facilityOther duties as assigned US Facility POCJob Requirements: 3 to 5 years administrative support or office management experience.Advanced MS Office skills.Vendor oversight and invoicing experienceStrong interpersonal and proactive problem-solving skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Ability to work on and prioritize multiple projects.Self-directed; ability to make decisions and resolve problems with little supervision.Ability to communicate and present a professional interface.Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.Hours for this role are 1pm to 9 pm, Monday through FridayCandidates must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19Location: 2600 Corporate Exchange DriveJob Type: Full-timePay: $40,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offReferral programVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayApplication Question(s):We have instituted precautions to ensure the safety of our employees in our US locations.
