Job Description : Looking for Office Manager for Advance Diesel Service.General Duties:-Invoicing-Shipping/receiving-writing up job-Answering phone, and emails-Checking in p.o.’s and putting away in inventory-Inventory controlGeneral Description:Employee will run the front of the shop/office. Which will include talking to customers on the phone and scheduling work. They will also be in charge of inventory control, checking in and putting away parts. Shipping and receiving will be a big part as well.Skills:-Employee should have good understanding of basic inventory/accounting programs.-Be familiar with online shipping platforms such as USPS, FedEX, UPS, etc.-Be able to move boxes and parts that weigh up to 40 lbs.-Be comfortable with talking to customers and vendors either on the phone or email.Salary:Starting salary will be between $18-22 per hour, depending on experience.There will be paid time off, sick leaveWe work Monday-Friday 8-5Please note, the office will be located right next to the shop, which can be noisy with air compressor and air tools, and so on.Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hourBenefits:Paid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Anchorage, AK 99501: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Office Managers: 1 year (Preferred)Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
