The founding principles of partnership, collaboration and alignment of interests remain central to the firm’s mission today.Trammell Crow Residential (TCR) seeks a part-time Office Manager in the Seattle office to oversee office management, assist with administrative tasks and special projects and coordinate division logistics.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITESOversee office management, including: ordering office supplies, maintaining vendor relationships, mail, overnight shipping, processing and tracking invoices, facility needs and requirements, responding to phone inquiries and greeting guestsEvent planning and coordinationAdministrative support, including: scheduling appointments, meetings, filing, expense reports and travel arrangementsMaintain office files, prepare meeting materials and notarize documents as neededTrack all insurance requirements and calculations for divisional office and projectsAssist with new employee onboarding and serve as division liaison for IT requestsOrganize and track market information and dataSpecial projects as requested, including: project photo books, due diligence, legal reviews, financial summaries, preparing reports, etc.Other duties as assigned to support the teamDESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE5+ years’ administrative experience supporting senior level professionals; real estate, accounting, construction, project management or related field preferredExperience making travel arrangements without using a travel agent to coordinate airlines, hotels and ground transportationExcellent communication, time management and organization skills including the ability to prioritize, support, and anticipate the needs of several managers with initiative and enthusiasmHighly proficient in MS Office, including using Outlook to manage multiple calendars and contact listsDemonstrates consistently positive interpersonal interactions with internal business groups and external partnersJob Type: Part-timePay: $16.00 – $32.00 per hourSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:administrative: 5 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
