Job Description : JOB TITLE: ORDER ENTRY & CUSTOMER SERVICE Hourly: $18.00 – $23.00 to start and based on experienceCOMPANY SUMMARYPremier Copper Products is a family owned and operated business founded in 2004. We are looking for someone to join our family who knows how to provide and appreciates top notch customer service and enjoys being part of an honest, friendly and hard working team.POSITION SUMMARYThis is a full-time, long-term position with health benefits. This job requires attention to detail. Training will be provided.The main responsibilities of this position:1) To ensure purchase orders are retrieved from multiple partner portals and entered accurately into QuickBooks. Completed order details will then need to be sent to customers via email and or mail.2) Communicate between front office and warehouse to ensure orders are completed accurately and timely.3) Answer phone calls to provide customer service as well as partner support for our retailers.4) Complete a small amount of filing and help with preparing mailers, catalogs, and binders.RESPONSIBILITY DETAILS: Receive, review and process incoming purchase orders using QuickBooks, which includes; reviewing account status, transportation method(s), part number/price accuracy, and payment terms.Email order confirmations and invoices to customers. Input tracking numbers into partner portals.Answer customer and partner emails/phone inquiries.Input relevant data into QuickBooks.Sort incoming mail and send out outgoing mail.File end of day orders. Charge Credit Cards.Setup and schedule LTL/Freight pickups.Prepare and mail product binders and promotional materials.REQUIREMENTS: Hands on experience with Microsoft Office applications, e.g., Office, Excel, Word.Hands on experience with Accounting Software, preferably QuickBooks.Phone and email customer service experience.Positivity is a requirement! Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills.High school diploma or equivalent.BONUS SKILLS, not required: Experience with Freight Shipments and International exports.Experience with FedEx, UPS, USPS, uShip & Stamps.com shipping software and website portals.Experience with warranty and damage claims.SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday: 7:00am – 3:30pm or 7:30am – 4:00pmBENEFITS: Health Insurance options available after 60 days.Paid sick days | Paid vacation.Employees are encouraged and invested in; there is absolutely room for growth, advancement and management.Positive, friendly, and safe work environment.PREMIER COPPER PRODUCTS, LLC.425 E.
