Job Description : Payroll Specialist:Leader without a team? This pioneering company in the hospitality industry is looking to support and promote a talented Payroll Specialist, who will be in charge of a portfolio of multi-location location payroll. The ideal professional will have exposure to full-cycle payroll, a flexible and collaborative attitude with an eagerness to learn, grow, and lead. You’ll work with a close-knit team who has a fantastic manager!What you’ll do:Process weekly, biweekly and semi-monthly and monthly payrolls for 200+ employees for designated multi-state locations with a high degree of accuracy.Calculate various payroll computations, including overtime, hourly, vacation balances, prorated pay, retro pay, shift differentials, etc.Process changes including new hire onboarding paperwork, department transfers, salary changes, terminations, deduction and earnings changes and other payroll/benefit changesContinuously implement process improvements to ensure accuracy and efficiencyEnsure compliance with government and tax regulations and process labor statistic filingsAct as the main point of contact for employee questions regarding payroll in all officesWho you are:1+ years of full-cycle payroll experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft ExcelADP experience is preferred, but not requiredAbility to work with minimal supervision, strong organizational and planning skills as well as ability to work across multiple time zonesWhy work here?Work from home!Culture is a priority.
