Job Description : Pomeroy is currently seeking an PC Technician in Toledo, OH for a 3 month contract. The PC Technician role requires a technical professional with experience setting up new IT infrastructure and supporting customers through provisioning/de-provisioning and maintenance of multiple hardware platforms and their related software.NOTE: Occasional weekend hours and over-time will be required. Must have reliable transportation for travel to another site in Toledo.DUTIES/EXPERIENCE: Break/FixTroubleshooting hardware/software issuesImaging computersDeploying softwareTroubleshooting devicesPrinter supportREQUIREMENTS: 3+ years’ experience in IT support experience in hardware and software installation, troubleshooting and repairExperience with trouble ticket tracking and resolutionExcellent customer service, written and oral communication skillsMust pass background check and drug screenJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $24.00 – $28.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Employee discountProfessional development assistanceReferral programSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayWeekend availabilityExperience:Computer hardware: 3 years (Preferred)Software troubleshooting: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
