Position Summary:
The people success team in optisol has deeper engagement with our people helping in their successful career goals. We are looking for a People Success Executive – Intern to our team to celebrate success of our people. You will work alongside other People Success Executives
and deliver communications on a broad spectrum of employee engagement priorities across various teams. Your main tasks will include planning and organising creative events that are engaging and employee friendly.
To succeed in this role, you should have Critical decision making, Problem solving, Creative Writing and Analytical Skills.
We are a tribe of happy people excited in problem solving. Our team is geographically distributed, we speak many languages and we come from a variety of cultural backgrounds. We are rapidly expanding, and we are looking for passionately curious people obsessed with employee happiness.
Qualification:
MSW/ BBA / B.A / A graduate (from any discipline) with impeccable written and spoken
English
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Demonstrate strong oral, written, verbal communication, presentation, listening and
influence skills.
Ability to ask insightful questions.
Interested in creative writing.
Interested in running internal digital marketing campaigns and external marketing via
social media -reels, podcasts, vlogs, and blogs
Fully understand a problem, outline the parameters, come up with potential solution,
quickly react and solve new problems, must have critical thinking skills.
Document all surveys and initiatives, must be clear and concise in documenting.
Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline driven environment.
Active team player, self-starter and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.
Skills Required to Be an Added Advantage:
Certifications related to People Science
