Job Description : 1 day per week with the opportunity for more daysPay range $25-$30 per hour3 years experienceWorking remotely and at CEO’s home near the Grove in LA (on call during business hours) must be near the GroveDuties:-Handling email, calendar, appointments and mail-Handling of finances (must have previous experience in finance)-Tech savvy (including but not limited to updating computer, phone, iPad, Netflix etc)-Must be able to dictate-Must be flexible, including but not limited to taking CEO’s personal animals to the veterinarian-Coordination with non profits, including finances and status-Must be highly organized-Must have excellent writing skills-Must have excellent speaking skills and be comfortable giving presentations-Things like updating and keeping records of toys and props for foundation-CEO may ask for the person to handle the CEO’s personal business-Coordinating with the CEO’s children-Extra duties may be required-Flexibility is keyMUST LIKE DOGSMust have a personal vehicleValid Driver’s License required*2 previous employment references requiredJob Type: Part-timePay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftOn callEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Google Suite: 2 years (Required)Work Location: Multiple Locations
