Job Description : Practice Administrator

Are you an experienced Healthcare Business Administrator looking to join a privately-owned practice devoted to state-of-the-art Optometry medical and vision care? Are you well-versed in all aspects of practice operations, with a special passion for developing people and teams? Do you have the experience in developing and implementing training programs that empower the staff and contribute to the delivery of outstanding patient care? Do you have the experience to partner with AECC Board and Doctors to build upon the services and delivery of outstanding patient care? If you answered yes, Alaska Eye Care Centers, APC is looking for their next Business Administrator.

The Business Administrator will have full operational and financial oversight for all aspects of the business within the organization and will work directly with the Board to execute strategic initiatives and goals.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administrator or related field. MBA highly preferred.
Minimum of 5 years experience in a leadership role leading a complex healthcare organization preferably in Optometry or Ophthalmology management
Human resources management experience required
Experience in managing all aspects of practice operations, working knowledge of healthcare financials, developing and leading a high-performing team, staff management, facilities management, Billing, coding and all associated federal and state regulations
