Position : Production Manager
Job Description : We are looking for an experienced Production Manager in manufacturing industry to organize and oversee the production floor. You will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output. We expect you to have deep know-how in production procedures. Ability to direct personnel towards maximum performance will set you apart as a leader. Decision-making and problem-solving will take up a great part of your day. The goal is to ensure an efficient and productive manufacturing process that meets customer requirements.ResponsibilitiesLiaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirementsOrganize workflow to meet specifications and deadlinesMonitor production to resolve issuesSupervise and evaluate performance of production personnelDetermine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)Ensure output meets quality standardsEnforce health and safety precautionsReport to upper managementSkillsDeep knowledge of production managementUnderstanding of quality standards and health and safety regulationsExperience in reporting on key production metricsProficient in MS OfficeOutstanding communication abilityExcellent organizational and leaderships skillsAttention to detailStrong decision-making skills and a results-driven approachJob Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Paid time offSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Manufacturing: 7 years (Required)Management: 5 years (Required)Work Location: One location
