Job Description : Current opening for a Project Coordinator to work with an award winning general contractor based in Bothell. This is a tremendous job opportunity to work with a well established, highly respected company that specialized in healthcare and life sciences type projects. This position will interface with the company president, vice-president and project managers and gets to wear many hats depending on exact project needs.The company also has a family friendly culture that recognizes the importance of balancing the needs of the employer with the needs of the employee. They have been in business for 50 years and most of their projects are negotiated which provides excellent job security plus a healthy and positive work environment.Responsibilities to include:· Construction Administration· Contracts Administration· Processing Purchase and Work Orders· Tracking Insurance Requirement· Release of Lien Waivers· Preparation of Pay ApplicationsThe successful candidate with have at least 2 years of work experience in a construction or architectural office setting. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong typing and computer skills are a must including high proficiency in MS Office.There is a competitive salary with excellent benefits and bonus potential based on job performance.
