The Project Manager is responsible for leading projects through initiation, planning, execution, control, and completion. This individual is a dynamic problem solver that knows the ins and outs of any given project and serves as the ‘go-to’ for our team. They know what to expect, what to do next, and where we need to be in the project at all times.Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesDefine the approach and scope of projects (goals, deliverables, schedule, and budget)Develop and present detailed project plans charting deliverables and milestones for all projectsImplement all assigned project plans and guide projects successfully through the project management processSecure approvals, identify priorities, adjust to changes, and deliver the desired end-goal on time and on budgetManage teams to evolve requirements into clear sets of deliverablesCoordinate scheduling of internal resources, and operation teamsCoordinate delivery, distribution, logistics, financials, and approvals of project materialsReceive Inventory, and prepare productsBilingual is a major plus (Spanish and English)Able to pass background check and drug testPerks/BenefitsWeekly PayRoom for growthFull-TimeCompensation dependent on experienceJob Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 – $67,000.00 per yearSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayEducation:Associate (Preferred)Language:English and Spanish (Preferred)
