We are autonomous and customer-centric.Our work environment includes:Company perksSafe work environmentPsychometrist Job Description Purpose of Position: To administer and score psychological test batteries evaluating cognitive, academic, behavioral, executive functioning/attention, and socio-emotional status in order to assist the Psychologist with diagnostic and treatment recommendations for children and adults. To administer standardized testing appropriate to determine diagnosis related to ADHD, Learning Disabilities, Autism, and socio- emotional disorders.Major Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Administer psychological tests as determined by the battery for the referral question2. Trouble-shoot difficult testing situations and administer tests that are developmentally appropriate for the child.3. Adapt the administration of test to the specific needs of each client while staying within the standardized procedures set forth for each specific test.4. Score tests administered during the evaluation within 24 hours of the testing administration.5. Provide a written summary of the client’s behavior during testing, including any interactions with the client’s parents or peers that may be observed incidentally. This includes the client’s relevant behaviors, emotional status, motivation during testing; as well as clients’ complaints or other problem-related information.6. Entering test data that were completed with the client into the report template7. Organizational skills and the ability to manage different assessment clients in a timely and efficient manner.8. Communicate with psychologist as needed about any issues that arise in the testing processMinimal Qualifications: 1. Graduate degree in school, clinical, or counseling psychology2. Training and ability to administer adult and child IQ, achievement testing, behavior rating scales, executive functioning tests, Autism, and personality tests.3. Training and ability to score tests by hand and entering raw data into assessment platforms (Q- global, Q-Interactive, PAR, and MHS)4. Strong oral and written communication skillsWork Status: Part-time as an independent contractor (12-15 hours a week); up to two assessments a weekSalary & Benefits: $30-45 Per hourAs needed training for specific assessments (will pay for training and time)Flexible schedulingOffice and test kitsJob Types: Part-time, ContractPay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hourBenefits:Flexible scheduleSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekend availabilityEducation:Master’s (Preferred)Experience:Behavioral health: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:Driver’s License (Preferred)Work Location: One location
