Job Description : Reservation SpecialistGoNorth Travel, LLC is a family owned Tourism company with a large RV and SUV rental fleet with branches in Anchorage, Fairbanks, Seattle and Whitehorse. We are looking for a reservation specialist for our Anchorage location.Responsibilities include:Answering rental and reservations inquiries on the phone and via email;Prepare and send out quotes;Confirm bookings, prepare rental agreements, take payment;Update and optimize vehicle Availability;And other related duties as assigned.Minimum Qualification: High School Diploma Excellent English language skills (reading, writing, speaking); German language skills a plus*Strong computer skills (proficient in MS Office applications)Ability to work independently and with highest accuracy within required time framesAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentGood team playerJob Type: Full-timePay: From $18.00 per hourBenefits:Employee discountPaid time offSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Reservations: 1 year (Preferred)Language:German (Preferred)Work Location: One location
