Exceeding Business Volume Target & Achievement Devising strategy for achieving monthly numbers.
Performance review & productivity analysis of ASM / SM / HBL Coordination and review with branch seniors to enhance branch sourcing.
Tracking of DSA vertical business for increased numbers by close coordination with channel partners.
Hiring of fresh channels/sales force.
Tracking of daily business numbers including branch LGs, logins and disbursement.
Coordination with various departments for smooth business flow Business Yield & Cost of Acquisition Measuring and monitoring the yield on regular intervals Focus on business through low cost channels Review ASM / SM/HBL on productivity and making them understand the importance of maintaining yield and increasing bottom-line.
People Management Hiring and mentoring team including ASM/SM and HBL.
Regular review of sales force on different parameters.
Ensuring grooming of team members to take higher level roles within organization.
Ensuring high motivational level in team towards organizational goals.
Effective Distribution planning and implementation Analyzing the potential of current distribution and developing new low cost distribution to increase revenue and profitability.
Increase in sales force along with maintaining productivity benchmark Training of internal and external channels and regular performance review Planning promotional activities to help sourcing points in increasing lead generation Customer satisfaction Close coordination with all the other departments to ensure reduction in TAT for high level customer satisfaction.
Regular training of team to understand the importance of correct communication.
Resolving customer complaints by giving utmost priority.
Working with central team to conduct customer survey.
Key Management initiatives and qualitative parameters Regular review of parameters like TAT/FTNR etc with team as well as other department regional heads.
Ensuring effective communication of management initiatives to last level sourcing point and implementing them.
